In total, there are six pallets and three Mech-Eye 3D cameras, with each camera installed on a linear servo and covering two pallets. The 3D camera moves between the two pallets to capture images of the crates on each pallet for accurate depalletizing and palletizing.

The Mech-Eye 3D camera creates an image of the filled container. Then, the 3D vision system guides the robot to take the items out of the bins one by one and place them on the scanner table to verify the product specifications and order information.

Depalletizing and opening
Mech-Mind's 3D camera identifies and locates the individual sacks on the pallet. The Mech-Mind system then controls the robot as it picks up the individual sacks and guides the system in coordination with downstream processes.
